What is EZ Coordinator?
EZ Coordinator helps brokers, coordinators and agents close files with greater ease. Take a transaction from a listing to closed and without touching a filing cabinet. You'll have 24-hour access to documents and deals whether you're in the office, at home, on the road or on the beach.
How does EZ Coordinator help me? Why can't I do things the old way?
My mother used to say "if you put things where they belong you'll always know where to find them." By giving you one location to store all your data and documents you'll never have to search for information. Brokers and agents love the time saving that comes from not looking for paperwork or doing work twice. We customarily see about a 25-33% saving in the number of hours spent on a file. Stop the madness. There is no need for all the emails, faxes and phone calls associated with a typical transaction. With a shared location for files everyone can access the info they need. No need to have 5 copies of a listing sitting in 5 different inboxes. Your transactions are all virtual files that can house everything you need and are used to having...just easier to find and work on. Stop chasing paper and get back to prospecting and selling homes.
How does EZ Coordinator work? I'm still confused?
EZ Coordinator is basically a digital notepad and file folder. Anything that you currently track can be entered or unloaded to the system. Basically we're an online file cabinet accessible 24/7 from where ever you decide to work. You create a transaction then the rest is up to you. Want to add a file to your transaction. Email, fax, upload or scan it in. We work the way you like to. You're old enough to make you're own choices, so were not going to tell you how to do you work, just make it easier.
What don't you do?
Now that's a funny question because we can do it all. But to keep things simple we are concentrating on document storage and task tracking. EZ Coordinator is not a forms company. If you need forms we assume you're already using Zipforms, RealFast or your own MLS. Once your forms are filled out, don't fax them or email them around. Input them once and give the users who need to see them access.
Is my data safe and secure with EZ CO?
Is your data safe at your bank or credit card... We use the same security measures, business practices and infrastructure as the big guys. Like we said before. Why let the them have all the fun. All your data is encrypted and with our permission based roles. YOu decide who sees and edits what.
Where is EZ co located?
Our parent company Escrow Processing is based out of San Francisco. However we are a virtual company and do work coast to coast and even in Thailand and the West Indies. Our servers are located in different states for emergency preparedness and back ups. They all mirror data so if one goes down another pops on.
How long has EZ CO been around? How do I know my data is safe with you?
Our parent company Escrow Processing has been around since 2001, and has been working in real estate software since 1997. We have 3 brands all working on larger 100-600 unit buildings.. This is the bread and butter of what keeps our business going. EZ co is one of our new products based off of existing and time tested technology. We love to find problem and implement solutions. Our larger clients all wanted a simple solution for their satellite offices and that is why we launched EZ cooridinator.
What happens if we need to cancel our service?
Our database has a download link. You want your data click the link and download it. We don't require a contract so we have made our functionality as self service as possible.
How long do you store transactions and documents?
We'll keep your files as long as you want. After you hit your data cap you can pay a small fee to keep them stored or download your files as described above.
Does Ez CO integrate with accounting systems like Lonewolf?
As above, we can integrate with Lone wolf if you want but there is an implementation fee and ongoing cost. Our Basic system is designed to be a document storage and workflow solution. We have a solution for you though. Just choose the fields you need for your accounting software and download the accounting report. Your back office can log in and get the data they need for accounting. Our goal is to take your current workflow and systems and make them easier and more accessible. Accounting is always no fun, maybe we'll tackle that next.
Do I need any software to run EZ Co?
You will never need to install software. Our system is web-based, frequently referred to as Software as a Service (SaaS). We take on the technology headaches and costs so you don't have to.
What's so great about web-based software?
Since there's nothing to install, SaaS saves you time and eliminates IT costs. You don't have to installing or updating multiple computes in multiple locations. As an added bonus since we are web-based so you can access your data from any internet connect device. Do you use gmail or yahoo, facebook? These are all cloud based solutions. You login and and there you are. All your data is wherever you are logging in from. There is no need for upgrades or security holes. Your data lives with the likes on Amazon and Ebay in server farms as opposed to a local 'vulnerable' server.
Can I back up my data?
If you want to. However our servers back up data daily. If you want to download data at any time you can click the download link. Or for a fee we can auto send you your back ups to a location of your choice. We have several locations and multiple offices. Can I manage everything in one PaperlessPipeline account? Sounds like you need out Pro Package. Our basic package has support for one office. If you have multiple offices you can add another office for $100/mo or just sign up for our Pro package and get additional features. You set up what users are in what office and you as the broker can get a top down view of all your locations activities. Need to run cross office reports, upgrade to Pro today. What if an agent quits? How do I keep them from accessing the data? Restricting or deleting access is easy. If you have a broker level account you can add and delete whoever you want. If the agent had signed up for their own account that is a different story. That's why we like to have office sign up as opposed to individual agents. When a user or account is deleted we keep the data active so the file can be taken over or reactivated if needed.
Do you have electronic signature software?
EZ Co doesn't offer electronic signatures we can add docusign functionality to your account but there is an implementation fee and ongoing cost. That said we are not without a solution. Just use your preferred e-signature provider and copy your EZ Co transaction mail box and your documents get directly posted to your files.
