EZ Coordinator is integrated with Microsoft Office* tools including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Users can take advantage of these features to export, open, and edit all EZ Coordinator reports in Word or Excel and all EZ Coordinator custom forms or letters in Word. Users can import contacts into EZ Coordinator from Outlook and export contacts to Outlook from EZ Coordinator. Handheld users can connect with Outlook to access transaction information exported to Outlook. Transaction schedules can export to Outlook from EZ Coordinator. All reports can be e-mailed as attachments in PDF, Rich Text, or Excel formats, and custom forms can be e-mailed as attachments in Rich Text format. Integration with Microsoft Office tools allows users the flexibility to share information in programs that they are familiar with and have been using regularly.
