	The Single User License may be used by 1 named user on 1 computer at 1 site location*. The license may be uninstalled from the originally installed computer and reintalled onto a different computer. This license is ideal for a user who only needs to run the software on (1) computer for a single user.
5-User License $795.00
	The 5-User License may be installed on 5 separate computers and used by up to 5 named users at 1 site location. 5-User licensing is perfect for companies wishing to run software on their network, and grant and share access to the same database for up to 5 named users working for the company. 5-User licensing is the perfect choice for the Single-User who needs extra licensing to accommodate usage on office, laptop, or home computers.
10-User License $1,250.00
	The 10-User License may be installed on 10 separate computers and used by up to 10 named users at 1 location. 10-User licensing is perfect for companies wishing to run software on their network, and grant and share access to the same database for up to 10 named users working for the company.
	* 5-User and 10-User Site License Subscriptions can be installed on a local area network. A site is defined as one postal address where the license is installed and used.
License Migration
	Licensed owners of EZ Coordinator software may "migrate" from the Single User License to either a 5-User License, or 10-User license, and from the 5-User to the 10-User License within (2) two calendar months of the original date of sale by paying the difference between license costs.

Site License Subscription Plan
	$295.00 Per Subscription Year
	The EZ Coordinator Site License Subscription Plan assures all licensed users will continue to receive software updates and technical support for 12 calendar months. The original software purchase is automatically covered by the Subscription plan for the first 12 calendar months from the original purchase date.
