EZ Coordinator allows you to save, print, and e-mail high-quality reports for your clients, affiliates, or office in PDF, Excel, and Rich Text (Word) Formats.

EZ Coordinator contains a variety of reports for
communicating transaction details to clients or affiliates, and for managing transactions within your office. Reports are easy to generate and can be delivered electronically as PDF attachments via EZ Coordinator's integration with Microsoft Outlook*. Reports can also be printed from a local or network printer, or faxed using a 3rd-party fax software installed on your computer. EZ Coordinator allows the user to create each report using selectable criteria, including the company name that will appear on the report header.

Affiliate Address List – Outputs information from affiliate records stored in the database. Displays affiliate name; company name; affiliate type; primary and mailing addresses; primary and secondary e-mail addresses; phone and fax numbers; and assistant’s name. Allows users to select all affiliates; affiliates by company; affiliates by Affiliate Type (i.e. Agent, Lender, Title, etc.); or affiliates by company and affiliate type both. |

Allows the user to choose to show only the tasks of a selected Task Type. Allows the user to choose to show task notes in the report. |

Displays contract and close dates; transaction I.D., MLS number, property address; seller, seller’s agent, and seller agent’s assistant; listing price, seller agent commission, and seller transaction coordinator (TC) fee. Calculates the totals for listing price, seller agent’s commission, and TC fees for all transactions and displays the results at the bottom of the report. |

The sales price total for all transactions is calculated and displayed at the bottom of the report. |
